Lat 5.34 S Long 146.16E Kepler Point and Kepler are located on the north coast of New Guinea. Borders an anchorage of 44m to 81m deep. To the east is Cape Iris and Biliau. Prewar and during the Pacific War located in Madang District in the Territory of New Guinea. Today, located in Rai Coast Rural LLG, Rai Coast District of Madang Province in Papua New Guinea (PNG).
