Location
South Andaman is the third largest island measuring 93km long and 31km wide in the Andaman Islands in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands one of seven Union Territory of India. Located between the Bay of Bengal and Andaman Sea. To the south is Little Andaman Island and the Nicobar Islands, to the north is North Andaman Island and to the west is North Sentinel Island. To the west is India and north and east is Burma (Myanmar).
Port Blair
Located on the eastern coast of South Andaman Island. Present day capital of the Union Territory of India.
