Location San Francisco Bay is a large tidal estuary that borders San Francisco, San Jose and Oakland in California in the United States of America (USA). Inside San Francisco Bay is Treasure Island and Yerba Buena Island. To the north is the entrance to San Pablo Bay connected to Suisun Bay.
