Location
Located in the Laloki Valley, the Laloki River winds through this area. Rouna Falls is a spectacular waterfall bordering the Sogeri Road (Rouna Road, Snake Road) connecting Port Moresby to Sogeri.
Wartime History
During 1942-1945, Allied personnel
would often drive or walk to Rouna Falls to picnic, swim and trek in the immediate area.
Today
There is a hydroelectric plant near this location.
