Location
Lake Lanao is a large freshwater inland lake in Lanao del Sur Province is located on the western central coast of Mindanao in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region / Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) of the Philippines. Lake Lanao is the deepest and second largest lake in the nation, the largest lake is Laguna de Bay. Also known as Ranao or Ranaw. Borders Marawi to the north.
