Location
Lat 26° 22' 0N Long 127° 45' 0E Kadena is located on the western coast toward the center of Okinawa Island in Okinawa Prefecture in south Japan. At this location, Kadena Airfield was constructed by the Japanese and captured by the U.S. and developed into a major American airbase. Also known as "Katena".
