Location
Lat 0° 55' 45S Long 134° 52' 22E Kornasoren village is located on the northern coast of Noemfoor Island (Noemfoer, Noemfor). Prewar and during the Pacific War, located in Dutch New Guinea (DNG) in the Netherlands East Indies (NEI). Today located in Biak Numfor Regency in Papua Province in Indonesia.
Kornasoren Airfield (Yebrurro)
Built by the Japanese, expanded by the USAAF and used by American aircraft.
